In the world of small business, no-shows and last-minute cancellations can potentially disadvantage our business enormously. Cancellations without notification make it impossible for us to utilize the highly valuable time of our therapists and clients, because we cannot book those time slots for clients that may be on our waiting list. .
At Skinco we employ the very best therapists, and invest a great deal in educating and developing their practice to bring you the best results in skincare. We dedicate this time specifically to look after you, so it’s a real shame when we can’t use those last-minute timeslots. As a result we are seeking to introduce a new booking policy.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. However, if you cannot provide us with 24 hours notice, you may send a friend or family member in your place. If you do not notify us at all that you cannot attend your appointment, and you don’t send someone in your place, at our discretion we will add a 100% fee of the cost of that appointment on top of your next future appointment.
We believe this is as fair as we can possibly be, please note that we may be unable to accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays, as the purpose of this policy is to allow for your timeslot to be rebooked by another client, as such on these days we may not have enough time to try to re-book..
